Kharharov Department of Chemical Technology at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technology and Design have developed a professional retraining program 鈥淐hemical Technology for Finishing Textile Materials鈥� for technologists and engineers at Tchaikovsky Textile, one of Russia's leading manufacturers of fabrics for workwear.
