Since 1987, a joint production with the Italian company Simod has been producing shoes, which are popularly called unkillable. These are not just shoes, but part of the city's history and industrial culture.
The University of Industrial Technologies and Design became the industrial partner of the Professionals championship in the competence of motion Design. The university experts developed a task in which the participants of the championship had to create three products: a video screensaver, a promo video and character animation.
