Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to enter the University for any educational programs of higher, secondary and additional professional education.

All documents must be translated into Russian and notarized.

The analysis of educational documents is carried out in:

Foreign citizens and stateless persons can apply for budgetary and extra-budgetary (paid) places.

- Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus;
- foreign citizens and stateless persons who are compatriots living abroad;

Entrance tests:
As entrance tests, either the results of the Unified State Exam (USE) or the entrance tests conducted by the university independently are taken into account. Citizens of the Republic of Belarus can count the results of the Central Testing received in 2020-2021.
For an extra-budgetary (paid) form of training, entrance tests can be completed in the remote mode (online).
