The University of Industrial Technologies and Design has its own campus which includes 6 dormitories. Places in the dormitory are provided to all non-resident students studying full-time.

Dormitories are 15-storey high buildings, each floor has 4 blocks, 5-6 rooms in one block, 2-3 people live in one room. All blocks have a toilet, one kitchen for two blocks and a shower area on the floor.

Buildings of campus are located in the districts with developed infrastructure. All buildings are under round-the-clock video surveillance and constant security, a checkpoint is established. To prevent the spread of Covid-19, all facilities are equipped with outfit for disinfection and air recirculation, face mask and gloves requirements are observed.

There is a Wi-Fi in each dormitory and classrooms for individual study where each student has an opportunity to use e-library resources and work with a personal student account.

Documents necessary to check-in:

• Copy of a passport/ID (page with photo and page with registration);
• Photographs 3x4 – 4 pcs;
• Medical clearance certificate for ferritin-labeled antibodies to COVID-19;
• Fluorography for the year 2024 (+1 copy);
• Health passport or medical clearance certificate form №086-У (+1 copy) – you need a detailed medical certificate (including narcologist and psychiatrist);
• Vaccination Records (it is mandatory to have 2 vaccinations against measles, ADS-M, hepatitis);
• to conclude a contract (for students under the age of 18).

Cost of accommodation (2024/2025 academic year):

Students of Higher education:

• budgetary places – 900 rubles per month (except HSTE) (payment is made by 15 September in a lump sum for 10 months);
• non-budgetary places – 3100 rubles per month (except HSTE) (payment is due by 15 September for 6 months and by 15 March for 4 months).

Students of secondary vocational education:

• budgetary places – 600 rubles per month (payment is made by 15 September in a lump sum for 10 months);
• non-budgetary place – 950 rubles per month (payment is made in a lump sum for 6 month).
