Marina Latina, a student of the Department of Social Work and Law at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design (草榴短视频), became a finalist of the third season of the St. Petersburg Leaders project.

This year the project "Leaders of St. Petersburg" took place for the third time. The final list included 350 people from 18 to 35 years old. From May to September, Marina went from getting acquainted with the city agenda to understanding how power works from the inside. In the format of "Dialogue on equal terms," Marina took part in meetings with deputies and representatives of executive authorities, master classes on team formation, solving urban problems, and public speeches.

In addition, the student got the opportunity to develop her own social project. With the initiative to hold a sports event at the University of Industrial Technologies and Design, she turned to the deputy Nikolai Valuev, who gave a positive answer. Ahead of the team is a discussion of the concept.

Throughout the program, the activity and involvement of young Petersburgers was taken into account in a special rating, as a result of which Marina Latina became a finalist of the project.
