Student and teacher of Ƶ — laureates of the Honorary Badge of St. Tatiana

Ulyana Pokazeeva, a student at the Higher School of Printing and Media Technologies at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, and Ekaterina Tugolukova, an associate professor at the Department of Advertising Design, were awarded the Honorary Badge of St. Tatiana for their special contribution to the spiritual and moral education of young people. The event is traditionally timed to coincide with the Day of Russian Students and the Day of Memory of the Holy Martyr Tatiana and took place in Smolny Cathedral, where representatives of the government of St. Petersburg, the rector's corps and the clergy were also present.

Ekaterina Tugolukova was presented with the Honorary Badge of St. Tatiana of the degree "Mentor of Youth". Ekaterina has been engaged in media education and the organization of cultural and educational projects for Russian youth for more than 20 years, the teacher has already conducted more than 2000 events. Under Ekaterina's leadership, the youth cultural and educational projects "Chronicle of Victory: from the Family Archive" and "I am proud of my small Homeland" were launched, in which students from different cities of Russia study the history of their native land, their kind and family, as a result of which they create an author's media project. In addition, Ekaterina Tugolukova conducts thematic courses, seminars, and field educational camps: "School of Media Business", "School of Effective Communications" and "School of Media Professionals", aimed at students mastering technologies for creating media projects and promoting them in the information field.

The second recipient of the Badge of Honor was Ulyana Pokazeeva, a student at the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, project curator at the Student Press Center, organizer of the All-Russian patriotic media project and the art media festival "I am Proud of My Small Homeland" and the international youth media forum "MediaStart". Ulyana has organized such exhibition projects as "We were born for inspiration", "My country is Russia", "Roads of War", "Chronicles of the Siege of Leningrad", "Chronicle of Victory", as well as educational projects: "School of Effective Communications", "MediaProfi", "School of Art Business", "School of event business", "School of PR: press service".

The solemn ceremony of awarding the Badge of Honor to St. Tatiana took place in the Smolny Cathedral of the Resurrection, where the heads of St. Petersburg and the city's universities, representatives of the clergy, students and cadets gathered. The event began with the Divine Liturgy. At the end of the service, the laureates of the Badge of Honor were awarded.

Alexey Demidov, Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Universities of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, congratulated the guests on Russian Students' Day and Tatiana's Day.
