On February 14, at 16:00, the opening of the exhibition "Two Poles of Alexander Polozov" will take place in the lobby of the main building at Bolshaya Morskaya, 18.
Alexander Fedorovich Polozov — Honored Artist of Russia, Academician of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts, Chairman of the Guild of Painters, participant of Arctic expeditions.
After the opening, a creative evening of the artist will be held in the SUITD Assembly Hall with the participation of famous St. Petersburg polar explorers. Viewers will learn about creativity in the extreme conditions of the north, see works made by the author from nature in Arctic latitudes, hear stories of polar explorers about life on the edge of the earth, about the fauna and natural phenomena of Antarctica.

Valery Vladimirovich Lukin — oceanologist, Head of the Russian Antarctic Expedition 1991-2017.
Sergey Arkadyevich Kessel — glaciologist, head of High-latitude air expeditions "North" (until 1992).
Margarita Fedorovna Mudrak — Chairman of the Board of the St. Petersburg Association for International Cooperation.
Andrey Nikolaevich Bazanov — Chairman of the Board of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.
Boris Mikhailovich Sergeev is a sculptor, Honored Artist of Russia, Chairman of the Art Section of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts.
Galina Georgievna Stepanova is the General Director of the St. Petersburg Artist Museum and Exhibition Center.
