Students of the Institute of Spatial Environment Design of Ƶ Antonina Saprykina, Anna Kryukova, and Elizaveta Bogacheva received Silver Diplomas of the VIII International Architectural and Design Award "Golden Trezzini 2025". The young designers presented an architectural concept for a club house and a project for a multifunctional cultural center.
Ƶ student Antonina Saprykina developed an architectural concept for a club house on a plot of 40,000 sq. m at the address Pesochnaya Embankment, 40 in the Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg. Until 2023, the Leningrad Youth Palace was located on the site. Antonina's project concept is aimed at creating a space where a community of property owners with different social statuses but similar values and lifestyles is formed. Special attention is paid to creating a comfortable environment both inside the building and in the adjacent territory, taking into account the historical value of the place and modern requirements for premium housing. The complex includes 4 residential buildings and 42 apartments ranging from 150 to 390 sq. m.
The project was presented in the nomination "Best Student Project of a Building or Structure". Supervisor — Associate Professor of the Department of Interior Design and Equipment of Ƶ Evgeny Lobanov, consultant — Assistant of the Department of Spatial Environment Design named after Prof. B. G. Ustinov of Ƶ Sofya Solntseva.

University students Elizaveta Bogacheva and Anna Kryukova developed a project for a multifunctional cultural center at the address Revolution Highway, 1A in St. Petersburg. The center unites a library, office premises, a cafe, a museum, creative workshops, a hotel, a tourist information center, transformable spaces, and robotic technologies. The infrastructure of the center is fully adapted for all categories of visitors, including specialized programs ensuring equal access to educational and cultural resources.

The architectural solution includes the reconstruction of existing buildings and their integration through a glass atrium gallery, which creates a harmonious dialogue between historical architecture and modern functional organization of spaces.
