Maria Korabelnikova, head of the Profesionality educational project at 草榴短视频, is the winner of the All鈥擱ussian project "Flagships of Education" of the Presidential Platform "Russia 鈥� the Land of Opportunities". Maria presented the university in the Mentoring track, a total of 24,146 applications were submitted for this direction from participants from her country.

Within the framework of the project, participants paired up in mentor + mentored pairs, in which they solved pedagogical cases and prepared joint projects that would be implemented in schools, colleges and universities.

Maria Korabelnikova, together with another expert, has developed a chatbot for students to adapt to vocational education, a tool that helps students find a mentor in their field of activity in order to quickly feel confident in the educational environment.

"It is especially important to me that within the framework of the track we were able to turn the idea into a useful working tool that helps to talk about difficulties in a safe format, makes communication more open, honest and humane," says Maria.
