A historic event took place 鈥� the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation signed an order to join the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design Tver Polygraphic College. Earlier, the merger of the college with the University of Industrial Technology Design was discussed with the Governor of the Tver region Igor Rudenya at a regional meeting.
