Valery Falkov met with graduates of the Intern project of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The project has been implemented since 2023. During this time, his audience has covered 86 regions of the country, 63 winners of the project have been employed by the Ministry and its subordinate organizations, 15 of them have already been promoted. This year, Mikhail Dengin, Master of the Brand Communications Department at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, completed his internship at the Ministry.

Recall that Mikhail joined the personnel reserve of the department, having defended his own project to solve the problem of the imbalance of financial responsibility and motivation of employees performing the functions of financially responsible persons.

At the meeting, graduates of the project, who currently work in the Ministry of Education and Science and its subordinate organizations, asked the Minister their questions and voiced suggestions for improving the work of the department. Valery Falkov noted that participating in the project gave the guys a chance to prove themselves.

During the conversation, the Minister spoke about the specifics of the civil service, how to form an able-bodied and reliable team of like-minded people, and also shared his life experience.
