The University of Industrial Technology and Design team has completed its work at the Acceleration School, which was held as part of the Archipelago 2025 design and educational intensive at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. The event was attended by more than 250 representatives from 90 Russian universities, as well as experts from the NTI Platform, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, industrial partners and university accelerators.
The Ƶ delegation, consisting of Maxim Ermachkov, Director of the Office of Technological Leadership, Alexandra Tchaikovsky, Director of the business incubator, and Ksenia Kaisheva, Director of the Center for International Youth Projects and Initiatives, went through all the stages of the intensive program and successfully defended the draft amendments to the Promtechnesign acceleration program.
For nine days, the School's participants worked on designing acceleration programs based on the sovereign acceleration model, focused on achieving Russia's technological sovereignty. Universities have conducted diagnostics of their own accelerators, identified critical technologies, drawn up development roadmaps and concluded agreements with partners. The developed initiatives will be implemented at universities starting in September 2025.
The University of Industrial Technology and Design entered the top 20 based on the results of the School of Acceleration and was selected for further support and support from the NTI Platform. Of the 90 participating universities, only 72 teams have prepared full-fledged projects and passed the competitive selection process. Of these, only 20 acceleration programs have received the right to publicly present their initiatives on the main stage of Archipelago 2025. In the conditions of high competition and strict expert evaluation, the project of the University of Industrial Technology and Design was among the finalists. He was awarded the special nomination "Creative Thinking" and presented to the leadership of the NTI Platform, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, industrial partners and the expert community. According to the results of daily protection and crash tests, the Ƶ project received the highest rating for its contribution to the implementation of the technological sovereignty model.
"Thanks to the sovereign acceleration model and the tools acquired at Archipelago, we have formed an acceleration program development strategy aimed at industry technological leadership. In 2025, according to the new professional standard developed with our expert participation, more than 60 students received diplomas on professional retraining "Technological entrepreneurship" with the qualification "Specialist in the development and organization of a startup".

The Promtechnesign acceleration program is being implemented at Ƶ with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the program operator is ANO NTI Platform. The new season starts in September. The program participants launch their own projects, work with industrial partners and develop professional competencies in the field of technological entrepreneurship.
