On February 26, the opening of the personal exhibition of the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts Yuri Sivachev 鈥淗eroes of Our Time鈥� will take place in the hall of SPbSUPTD.

The collection of works includes sketches made by the artist during the service, as well as paintings created from sketches and sketches from the front.

Yuri Yevgenyevich graduated from Fedoskinskoye Art-Industrial School of Miniature Painting and Moscow State Regional University named after N. K. Krupskaya. He taught a course of portrait painting at the S. G. Stroganov Moscow State Art Academy (2019-2021) and at the M. B. Grekov Rostov Art School (2021-2022).

In 2022 he was mobilized with the rank of junior sergeant, enrolled in the First Front Creative Brigade of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Leningrad Military District.

As a participant of a special military operation and a veteran of combat operations, Yuri Sivachev was awarded medals of the Ministry of Defense of Russia 鈥淎rtist Grekov鈥� and the medal of the Russian Academy of Arts 鈥淲orthy鈥�.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on February 26, 2025 at 13:00.
