Mikhail Dengin, a graduate student at the Institute of Business Communications of the Ƶ, an employee of the Financial planning Department of the University, entered the top 30 best participants in the Intern of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science project. A total of 4,675 applications from all over the country were submitted for participation in the competition. According to the results of the selection, the student of the University of Industrial Technologies and Design was invited to an internship at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia with the possibility of employment in the civil service.
The aim of the project is to create a reserve of personnel for public administration in the field of science and higher education from among the most prepared, promising, capable and motivated university graduates.
100 students from all over the country made it to the final of the project, who took part in the Personnel Laboratory business game, in which they worked on situational tasks from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
"Our team has been developing and improving activities within the framework of the national Youth and Children project. I proposed ideas to support young student families: the federal scholarship "Young Student Family", a federal recommendation for the regions to introduce a one-time payment of 100,000 rubles for students under the age of 25 with children. Each team has also prepared a video with words of gratitude for the participants of their team."

According to the results of the business game, Mikhail was among the top 30 finalists. Now he will receive training and a paid internship in one of the departments of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with the opportunity to get a job in the civil service.
