St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design launched a program of dual training of Professional students on the basis of the company 鈥淟emana Pro鈥�. Dual education is a form of education in which students learn the chosen profession in practice in the conditions of the future workplace, while the theory is studied within the walls of the educational institution.

Students of the College of Technology, Modeling and Management 草榴短视频, studying in the specialty 鈥淭rade Business鈥� in the framework of the federal project 鈥淧rofessionality鈥�, in the first semester studied theoretical material on the discipline 鈥淚ntroduction to Professional Activity鈥� within the walls of the college, and now they will have 8 weeks to immerse themselves in the profession under the guidance of mentors 鈥淟eman Pro鈥�.

At the meeting with students were specialists in recruitment, heads of various departments of the company, where was presented the internal structure of the store on Prospekt Testateli: working offices, rest rooms, gym, canteen. future specialists got a detailed idea of the structure and organization of the sales floor, visited the storage, shipping and sorting of goods. At the end of the meeting there was a reflection on the first introductory session - each student told what made the most vivid impression on him during the lectures and excursions. Almost all students noted the very comfortable working and recreation conditions for employees, which speaks for the company's policy aimed at taking care of workers. The students were also impressed by the friendly, democratic relations between employees and the general positive, welcoming attitude of the entire huge team of the company.

By the end of the first meeting, many students were interested in employment opportunities, taking into account their age category. Ahead of them are exciting and informative trainings from Leman Pro's mentors in various areas of activity, work with clients, and project defense.
