Alina Zabolotskaya, a student of the Engineering School of Clothing (College) of the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, was awarded the "Student of the Year of St. Petersburg" award in the system of secondary vocational education. The girl became the best in the nomination "Student who is passionate about his chosen profession in the field of art and culture." The award ceremony was held at the Academy of Transport Technologies.


Alina Zabolotskaya is the winner of the bronze medal of the XXII Youth Delphic Games of Russia in the category "Fashion Design". At the first stage, Alina presented author's collections inspired by the history and culture of Russia, and at the second, for six hours she was engaged in the production of a single model in the material on the theme "Bridge, life—long".



The girl wins victories and takes prizes in creative competitions of different levels. Over the past year, Alina has won the Russian Cup of Artistic Creativity in the nominations: "collection in the Art Nouveau style", "jewelry and accessories", "know-how collection", "ethno-collection"; in the competition of clothing made of non-traditional materials "Breaking traditions"; in the All-Russian competition of designers "Fashion Bag" in the nomination "folk"; the competition-festival of design and decorative arts projects "Volga Palette" in the nomination "Interactive vernissage: circular fashion"; in the International project "Design/form 2024" in the nomination "Fashion design: author's collection"; in the Russian competition of young fashion designers and fashion designers "Breath of Spring".
At the Engineering School of Clothing (college) of Ƶ, Alina studies all kinds of clothing designs, ways to build them, programs for creating patterns, techniques for depicting shapes and textures, fabrics and silhouettes. Today, Alina's portfolio already includes three collections of women's clothing using original accessories. The Black Lotus collection is inspired by the legend of the flower of the same name — a very rare and amazingly beautiful one. The Russian Style collection combines elements of historical costume with modern forms. Russian Russian artists of the 19th century, illustrating the representatives of the Russian merchant class, inspired the "Blue Bird".
I really love my profession, specialty, I admire history, I am inspired by art, I am happy to realize my work and I will not stop there. I want to continue to develop creatively, realize myself and bring the accumulated knowledge to the masses".
