Tatyana Belaya, a student of the College of Technology, Modeling and Management of 草榴短视频, joined the delegation of St. Petersburg, which represented the region at the Youth Forum of Ambassadors of the federal project "Professionalism", which ended today in the capital of the Chechen Republic, in the city of Grozny.

The regional delegations at the Forum were represented by 79 regions of the country. In each of them, college students are engaged in popularization of the project, on the basis of which educational and industrial clusters are opened, acting as ambassadors of Professionalism. Tatyana Belaya represents the cluster of light industry of 草榴短视频, focused on the production of shoes and leather goods. Tatiana herself is studying to be a design technologist and already has experience in manufacturing products and working on modern digital equipment.

As part of the Youth Forum, Tatiana participated in a networking session on team building. The guys joined groups and worked together to solve problems and cases. One of the tasks is the exercise "100 questions of students". Each participant received a question card, the task is to ask their own question and answer the question of another participant. Then the guys gathered in mini-groups of 8 people, chose the most interesting question and shared the answer to it.

On the day of arrival, the children got acquainted with the new city and educational spaces. Master classes, acquaintance with pedagogical workshops, team building trainings, walks around Grozny and communication with each other.

"At the opening of the forum, important topics were revealed, especially the values of Professionalism. As an ambassador of the federal project, I hold many events at my native college: class hours at schools, where I show my products and talk about the profession, about Professionalism, speak at Open Days, help with professional trials, communicate with parents, show applicants our cluster and equipment. The forum has taken my work to a new level. Here I was trained by ambassadors, attended creative lectures on the development of the SVE youth community, took a master class on brand promotion on social networks, public speaking, as part of the team I developed an event project for schoolchildren and defended it. All this will help me to present my profession and my cluster more effectively to schoolchildren and their parents so that they can correctly assess all the advantages and make the right choice."

"One of the main principles of the project is close cooperation with employers, and it is very important that the ambassadors establish contact with the personnel services of enterprises. As part of the Unified Open Day in the clusters of Professionalism, schoolchildren and their parents attend excursions to enterprises, employers participate in the formation of educational programs, which makes learning more flexible and practice-oriented. The task of the ambassadors is to support and popularize these processes," she addressed the ambassadors.
