The delegation of the University of Industrial Technology and Design returned from China, where it took part in academic events and discussions, meetings with employees of the Shandong University of Arts and Design in the city of Qingan, as well as the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation, which is part of it.
Mikhail Stepanov, Head of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Ƶ, made a plenary report "Digital Culture and Artificial Intelligence: The Future of Creative Industries" at the international conference "AI and Design Education". The report was devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on digital culture and creative industries. The author has shown that one of the main components of digital culture is not only the culture of production, transmission of information, but also the culture of its perception.

Cultural sensitivity is the prerogative of the human in the non-human world of technology, which becomes especially relevant in a situation of rapid development of artificial intelligence. Digital culture is not limited only to a set of tools, technical devices and products. The cultural value of digital technologies and their use practices lies in the fact that they create and capture a new way of looking at the world. Creativity becomes specifically collective, both at the level of product creation — collaboration with non—human agents, and at the level of discourse, which is embodied in the products of creative industries.
