As part of the business program of the IX International Print Park Forum, the round table "Personnel for the printing industry: work for the future" was held on the site of the historical park "Russia - My History", moderated by Natalia Lezunova, Director of the Graduate School of Printing and Media Technologies of Ƶ, Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Interesting analytics in the form of presentation on the issues of personnel training, integration of employers' demands with educational activities, creation of motivation and adaptation system for young specialists, solving production tasks within the framework of the VKR was presented by Marina Fedder, Associate Professor of the Department of Polygraphic Production Technology of Ƶ.

Head of practical training and career planning of students at the Department of Polygraphic Production Technology of SPbGUPTD Anastasia Orlova explained the process of industrial and pre-graduation internships and offered options for cooperation. She spoke in detail about modern formats of cooperation and gave an example of the most effective relationships and integration of the educational process with industry partners.

Other speakers were: Konstantin Kostyuk, Director of the Optical and Mechanical Lyceum, who emphasized that today there is an "employee market" that forms the requirements to employers in terms of functions and tasks for young specialists, as well as social policy in the company; Ekaterina Skvortsova, a teacher of the Academy of Urban Environment Management, Urban Planning and Printing, who noted the problem of motivation and adaptation of students in the fact that during internships very often they are sent to low-skilled and monotonous jobs. She also proposed to form training programs together with representatives of the industry, to which she received the most positive response. Dmitry Tarasov, Associate Professor of the Ural Federal University, drew attention to the fact that the small output of qualified specialists in the field of printing does not meet the needs of the region's enterprises.

The discussion was attended by representatives of Promis JSC, Janoschka Pavlovsk LLC, and Industriya Tsvetstva Printing House LLC. The discussion was held in an open dialog, questions were raised about the strategic development of knowledge and competencies of students, the extent to which they will keep up with the technical and information progress, which is reflected in the printing equipment. The key vision of the parties in the development of cooperation is the integration of employers' requests and tasks into educational activities, starting from the first year of study.
