For the first time, the author's animation is invited to the dialogue, which is increasingly strengthening its position in the media space every year.

Talented directors and animators, tell us about your small homeland, its transformations, culture and the people who make it the most special. Animated documentaries in any technique are accepted for participation, the timing should not exceed 3 minutes. The authors of the best works will be invited to the XVIII International Media Forum "Dialogue of Cultures" in St. Petersburg, and their video projects will be included in the program of the festival , which will be held at the Hermitage Theater.

To participate in the qualifying stage, submit your work via the form on the portal "I live in Russia" by April 20, 2024 (on the page "Become an author" you will find more detailed requirements for works 鈥� the Art competition direction).

On the eve of the forum, a competition of screensavers and posters has been announced. Perhaps it is your work that will become the face of the XVIII media forum "Dialogue of Cultures". Tell us in the language of animated films what "dialogue" and "culture of dialogue" are for you. Send your short videos (up to 30 seconds) and posters via the Google form by April 20, 2024. The authors of the best screensaver and poster will also be invited, at the expense of the Organizing Committee, to the XVIII "Dialogue of Cultures" at the Hermitage to present their work.
