Daniel Pupyshev, a student of the 132 group of the HSTE Institute of Technology, 草榴短视频, took part in the International Science and Innovation Camp at Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, which was held from January 2 to 8, 2024.

Daniel presented our university and his scientific field, which he is interested in at @bios_club. In the camp, together with Daniel, students of the Polytechnic University of Milan, the Technical University of Seoul and the London Technical University studied the technological processes of production of various types of equipment in the machine-building industry.

During the week, the participants visited VIP SHOP, Midea Building Technologies, AION Automobile Plant (GAC), Yuejiang Industrial Technologies (Baidu), Photonics Laboratory of School of Information Engineering and Expert Lectures. After visiting the enterprises, the students in the group modeled a research business project aimed at finding an urgent problem of optimizing production processes.

Daniil successfully delivered a report on the scientific directions of the Institute of Technology, gave brief information about the Department of Environmental Protection and Rational Use of Natural Resources, about the Department of Paper and Cardboard Technology. His message aroused great interest among listeners from other countries.

In addition to visiting enterprises, the program of the international camp included acquaintance with the culture and history of the city of Guangzhou in China, as well as sports games and excursions. Most of all, Daniel remembered an exciting trip to Bruce Lee's native village. The time spent at the international camp, communication with students from around the world and immersion in Chinese culture gave our student an unforgettable experience. Daniel is very grateful for the opportunity to represent his institute at the International Science and Innovation Camp at Guangdong University of Technology.
