St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design (草榴短视频) has for the first time been included in the list of the best engineering and technical universities in Russia according to RAEX Agency. The distribution of places in the rating was influenced by three factors: demand for graduates in the labor market, quality of education and scientific results.

In addition to 草榴短视频, the rating includes 9 other universities of St. Petersburg. In total, the list includes 70 universities of the country. The University of Industrial Technologies and Design has 66th position of the rating, 9th position in the region.

When assessing the contingent, students in the following enlarged areas of training were considered: informatics and computer science, information security, electronics, radio engineering and communication systems, instrumentation, optical and biotechnical technologies, heat power engineering, nuclear power engineering, mechanical engineering, physical engineering, chemical technologies, weapon systems, industrial ecology and biotechnology, technosphere safety, mining, oil and gas engineering, materials technology, land transportation technology, aviation and rocket science, aviation and rocket science, and other specialties.
