The "Boiling Point - PromTechDesign" of St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design awarded the best St. Petersburg students of the year 2023. Traditionally, the competition is held under the auspices of the Committee for Science and Higher Education and the Council of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in twelve nominations. This year the award is timed to coincide with the Year of Teacher and Mentor in Russia. A total of 178 applications for participation were accepted from 35 educational organizations of higher education in the Northern Capital and the Interuniversity Campus Office in St. Petersburg. Contestants from 21 organizations of the city were among the winners and laureates of the competition. The best students will be awarded personal scholarships of the Government of St. Petersburg.

Nikita Novikov, a student of St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, was recognized as the best organizer of creative and leisure programs. Nikita is the head of the All-Russian platform of creativity "UNION", deputy chairman of the Youth Council of the Administration of the Central District of St. Petersburg. The student is a member of the Coordination Council of the regional branch of the Association of Students of Russia, a winner of the contest "Young Leader of Russia", "Your Move", the regional stage of the International Award "WEYVmeste", a two-time winner of the grant of Rosmolodezh for the project of the All-Russian educational workshop "point". With excellent studies only for one year Olesya took part in 23 competitions of regional, All-Russian and International levels in rhythmic gymnastics. The student has the 1st junior category and is the winner of the international competition "Za Rossiya", as well as the winner as a member of the team of the All-Russian competition "Glistening Petersburg" and others.

The title of "Best in the organization of interethnic and international cooperation (tolerance)" was awarded to Ben Fraj Besma, a student of the I.I. Mechnikov North-West State Medical University. The girl is the creator and head of the club of foreign students at her university, director of the Department of Youth Work "House of Russian-Tunisian Friendship", head of the Volunteer Center "Foreigners of the Northern Capital". The student won a grant from Rosmolodezh within the framework of the International Youth Forum "Eurasia Global" 2023. Maria Sverchkova, a student of St. Petersburg Peter the Great Polytechnic University, took the first place in the nomination "Best in organizing the activities of student labor squads". She commands the headquarters of 24 student work teams of her university and is the main organizer of the city events of student work teams. Ekaterina Titova, a student of the National Research University ITMO, became the best propagandist and organizer in the sphere of healthy lifestyle. The student runs the Sports Tourism Club at ITMO - the project has twice won a grant from Rosmolodezh. Ekaterina is a participant of 16 sports events, in 10 of which she became a winner and prize-winner. The girl has also organized a number of events, including: ITMO University Open Tourist Meeting 2023, Sports Tourism Section Gatherings 2023, Rock Climbing Section Gatherings 2023, Winter Training Gatherings of Sports Tourism Section 2023 and others.

The winner in the nomination "The Best in Artistic Creativity" was Alina Deeva, a student of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television. For more than 16 years the girl has been practicing dances of the peoples of the world in the Honored Folk Art Collective of Russia in the dance ensemble "Rossiyanochka". Alina is a member of the student directorate of the talent contest "First Steps", a regular participant of various performances in the dance group "Different People". Anna Kotova, a student of the Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University, was recognized as the best organizer of work with student groups. Anna is the winner of the XVII city competition for student community and academic group mentors of educational organizations of higher education in St. Petersburg, the head of the "Dino" mentoring team of her faculty, which implements the "School of Mentors" project.

Violetta Lee, a student of St. Petersburg Peter the Great Polytechnic University, became the best in organizing the activities of the volunteer (volunteer) movement. The title of "The Best Organizer of Student Self-Governance in an Educational Organization of Higher Education" was awarded to Ivan Isaev, a student of D.F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEKH". Ivan is the Chairman of the Student Council of the University and the Chairman of the Student History Club, the head of the working group of the Student Council of the city on the formation of the Student Scientific Society of St. Petersburg.
