The first academic year is the most difficult. New students have to understand the university structure, the layout of the buildings, timetables, extracurricular activities and much more. It鈥檚 overwhelming.
International students also have a hard time, because among other things they have to get used to a new country and its culture, learn the language and find new friends. And the Center for Adaptation of International Students is here to help.
The CAIS hosts entertaining and educational events: thematic master classes, movie nights, excursions, lecture meetings and sports games. The Center also helps with registration of all necessary documents, and tells you about the city, university buildings and dormitories.
