The higher school of technology and energy of Ƶ with JSC Ilim Group performed a project for deep chemical processing of larch wood with the introduction of a new type of pulp to world markets. An innovative technology for producing fiber semi-finished products has been proposed and implemented on an industrial scale, and 19 patents have been protected.
Scientific division of Ƶ called “IndTechProject” has developed an innovative composite material that is currently used in KAMAZ PTC in processing a car clutch kit to increase a durability of engine. The material was successfully tested at the circuit, where cars are prepared for the Paris-Dakar rally, Silk road, etc. Also, the composition was tested to protect the ship's skin from biomass fouling on the basis of The Navy of the Russian Federation. Processing the hull with this composition preserves the ship's speed mode after time has elapsed. Scientists have also managed to reduce deposits on the inner walls of pipelines due to the processing of pipes with this nanotechnological composite material.
Scientists of Ƶ set a course for import substitution by developing methods of digital economy for qualitative evaluation of designed textile and clothing products. The originality of the methods consists of using of virtual digital samples of simulated products. It led to no need to produce an experimental batch of samples. The development was awarded with the Russian government prize in science and technology for the scientific justification and development of new innovative textile materials, workwear, uniforms and modern technologies for solving import substitution problems.
