The editor is one of the key employees of the publishing house and any media. The activities of the modern editor are multipolar: this is the coordination of the concept of publication, the conclusion of contracts with authors, the discussion of amendments in the finished text, as well as licensing and legal support of media products. The editor determines the features of the decoration and printing performance of the publication, the plan for marketing activities, channels for the distribution of book products.
