Students gain knowledge and skills at the intersection of chemistry, biology, mathematics and computer science to use mathematical methods for processing biological data. Such specialists themselves do not conduct research, they work only with calculations. Graduates can apply for positions of bioengineers, biotechnologists, bioinformatics, medical engineering.
