The opening of the first module of the Human Resources Management Reserve Program in the field of science, technology and higher education (strategic level) has started on the federal territory of Sirius.
Heads of scientific and educational centers, laboratories, heads of departments, heads of departments of universities and scientific organizations from all over the country undergo advanced training. These are young managers who have already been included in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design is represented by Olga Yakovleva, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemical Technologies named after prof. A. A. Kharkharov, Ƶ, Deputy Vice-Rector for Information Policy and Reception. During the classes, participants will work on the tasks of scientific and technological development of Russia, offer solutions for the modernization of the higher education system and the renewal of scientific infrastructure. In addition, the course includes project work. The best proposals developed by the teams will become instruments of the public policy system in the field of science, technology and higher education.
The Talent and Success Educational Foundation, based on the Higher School of Public Administration and Sirius University of Science and Technology, together with the RANEPA and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, is implementing a program to develop the human resource management reserve in the field of science, technology and higher education on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the Program is to develop managerial competencies among young scientists in order to form a professional managerial talent pool of young specialists who will be able to head universities, scientific organizations and technology companies in the future.
