Lisa Anisimova, a student at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technology and Design (Ƶ), presented her collection of clothes at the Fashion and Cultural Code Festival "From Craft to Runway" in Ryazan.
Lisa presented the Heritage 55 collection, created by her for the 70th anniversary of the Ryazan VDNH. In it, the designer combined authentic items from the 1950s, her own original products, as well as accessories from masters of folk art from Mikhailov and Kadom — modern lace collars and cuffs.
A special response from the guests of the festival was aroused by a collection from China from the fashion house XUNRUO, with which Lisa Anisimova, a student of St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, works closely. The brand, founded in 2011 by twin sisters Chen Dan and Chen Ying, is one of the top 5 leading Chinese fashion brands and is considered a symbol of the country's modern cultural code. Lisa worked with XUNRUO in China, creating a collection of dresses based on her drawings and sketches. Lisa painted all the sketches in watercolor, her fantastic images came to life on paper, and XUNRUO helped translate them into real products. Special attention in the collaboration was paid to the Chinese style — the elements of traditional Chinese art, its sophistication, refinement and symbolism.
The festival included a business program with the participation of invited experts and a large gala screening of 11 collections, which included about 100 original outfits from Ryazan, Russian and foreign authors.
