03 September

The third season of the project "Intern of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia" has ended. As Valery Falkov, the head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, noted, the project has proved its effectiveness in three years. The project participants undergo internships under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The University of Industrial Technologies and Design was represented in the project by Mikhail Dengin, Master of the Department of Brand Communications at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design. He joined the personnel reserve of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, having defended his own project to solve the problem of the imbalance of financial responsibility and motivation of employees performing the functions of financially responsible persons.

"I have made certain recommendations. I proposed to amend Article 50 of Federal Law No. 79 "On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation": to add a surcharge "for full financial responsibility." In addition, I was working on the possibility of making changes to the tax legislation to establish a special tax deduction for financially responsible persons equal to the amount of personal income tax paid (13%), as well as providing LCA for persons. I believe that this problem requires a comprehensive study and interdepartmental cooperation of all federal executive authorities," Mikhail comments.

It should be noted that in the first season, graduates of Moscow and Moscow region universities took part in the project, and this year — representatives of 86 regions of the country. At the same time, the number of applications increased many times: from 1.8 thousand in the first season to 4 thousand applications in the third.

"Every season, very capable and motivated graduates come for internships. Interest in the project is growing — this year we have received more than four thousand applications for participation. As a result of the internship, 22 people who have demonstrated high professional skills and proved a high level of responsibility, concentration and dedication will be employed in various departments of our Ministry."
