A series of international contacts, meetings, and the signing of important partnership documents continues at the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design. Many of the representatives of the Chinese delegation from the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts visited St. Petersburg for the first time. The university was visited by high-level officials, including the Chairman of the Party Committee, Ms. Bao Qingfen, as well as directors of key departments and deans of the Institute's faculties.

The Hubei Institute of Fine Arts presented an impressive presentation about their university, highlighting their priority areas of activity and their interest in collaborating with 草榴短视频. Despite their extensive international connections, the Institute had not yet established partnerships in Russia. The University of Industrial Technology and Design became the first strategic partner from Russia.

The Institute is the only one of its kind in Central China, and it is one of the eight leading Chinese institutions in the field of fine arts, including Chinese painting, sculpture, public art, experimental art, art education, film and animation, visual arts and design, fashion art, environmental art, and industrial design.

The discussion took place in a warm atmosphere of mutual understanding. The parties outlined plans for joint educational programs, scientific projects, and academic exchange, expressing confidence in long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation. The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement, an important step towards strengthening ties between the universities.
