Mikhail Dengin, a Master of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations Ƶ, has started an internship at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The young man was among the 28 finalists of the project "Intern of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia", for which a total of 4,675 applications were submitted from all over the country. Thanks to the internship, Mikhail will have the opportunity to be enrolled in the personnel reserve and get a job in the civil service.

On the introductory day at the department, young specialists met at a round table with Ayrat Gatiyatov, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Valentina Shalashnikova, Director of the Department of Civil Service and Administration and author of the project, and were able to ask them their questions. So the conversation touched upon the skills and competencies that will be most in demand in the coming years, and what should be emphasized during the internship.
