Veronika Panamareva, a student at the Institute of Spatial Environment Design Ƶ, designed a hotel complex on a site with a complex natural terrain in Sochi. The project was completed as part of a student's thesis.

Veronika has created a comfortable and aesthetically expressive space for relaxation, which ensures a close connection between man and nature. The main idea of the project was to create an architectural environment harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape while preserving its uniqueness.

Special attention is paid to adapting the spatial planning structure to the terrain's slopes, as well as integrating buildings with the environment through the use of terracing, natural materials and panoramic views.

The project manager is Associate Professor of the Department of Interior Design and Equipment Evgeny Lobanov, consultant — assistant of the Department of Spatial Environment Design Sofya Shamanova.

Veronika Panamareva graduated from the graduate school of Ƶ with honors and received a diploma named after Professor B. G. Ustinov in the nomination "The best project of a multifunctional public complex".
