For three months, my colleagues and I conducted interviews with candidates from four regions: St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Pskov and Novgorod regions, assessing their skills, experience and motivation to participate in the WFY. At the same time, I was interviewed by the team leader of the festival's volunteers, and in February 2024 I received an official invitation to the WWF. And then, thanks to my initiative, leadership skills, and analytical thinking, I was promoted to volunteer coordinator."
