Applications for free education in Russian universities are being accepted within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for the 2025/2026 academic year.

To participate, you must fill out an application form and attach the documents. Regarding the selection process, candidates should contact the representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo abroad or the diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation.
