On October 24, the conference participants gathered in the main building at Bolshaya Morskaya, 18 to discuss issues related to the preservation of historical memory and to present the best practices for the development of spiritual and moral culture in scientific and educational spaces. Special attention was paid to the problem of actualization of resources of educational work with youth in the conditions of development of a culture of abolition.

According to the results of the conference proposals were put forward on:

• dissemination of experience in terms of joint scientific-practical conferences on the search for effective mechanisms for realizing the tasks of spiritual and moral education of youth on the basis of Russian traditional spiritual and moral values;
• consolidation of the resources of higher education and the Russian Orthodox Church for the formation of an expert community for the protection of traditional values and the solution;
• solving urgent problems within the framework of scientific, methodological, expert and educational support of the processes of development of spiritual and moral culture in higher education.
