Timur Aschuvakov, a master's student of the Institute of Business Communications of SPbSUPTD, represented the university at the All-Russian Youth Forum “SHUM”, which was held at the “Yantar Hall” in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region. At the Forum Timur developed a communication strategy for the project “Rosmolodezh.Business”.

As part of the case study for Rosmolodezh.Business, Timur chose the track “Projectors”. The track was supervised by Alexander Malkov, Deputy Head of the Information Projects Department at ANO Dialog. Together with their mentor, the participants worked on information campaigns and media planning, and considered the possibilities and prospects of creative approach and emotional load of media projects.
At the beginning of the case study, my team and I studied the company's activities and evaluated its communication channels. Based on the goals and objectives set to us by the customer, we analyzed the target audience and competitors, and then proposed solutions for promotion, increasing publicity capital and audience engagement. In the course of negotiations with the customer, we developed a communication strategy, which included the launch of the project “Top Business: Base”, a chatbot ‘Boss’ in Telegram and a ready-made media plan. In addition, the client was given specific recommendations on how to increase user engagement on social media, advice on improving the design of visual content, for collaborations and advertising.

At the end of the case study there was a defense of the projects, which was attended by both representatives of customers and the management of the Forum.
Timur Aschuvakov studies advertising and public relations in creative industries at the University of Industrial Technologies and Design. The student has already represented the university at SPIEF, the Russia-Africa Forum and the World Youth Festival as part of a delegation from his home region, the Republic of Bashkortostan. The student is also engaged in the organization of art exhibitions, which includes: communication with curators, concept development, preparation of announcements and additional materials for the audience. Several times Timur was involved in the organization of the festival “Days of Regions”, where representatives of different subjects of Russia present their regions to the guests of the festival.
