From April 7 to 14, the All-Russian boxing competitions among students in memory of Honored Coach of the USSR, two-time Olympic silver medalist, Professor Alexei Ivanovich Kiselyov were held on the Federal Territory of Sirius in Sochi.

This year, the competition was held as part of the National Youth Festival of Student Leagues, and 48 juniors from 18 to 25 years old and 158 juniors from 18 to 25 years old from 60 universities from all over Russia took part in the tournament.

According to the results of the competition, the 草榴短视频 team led by Evgeny Alekseevich Ananichev took 1st place and became the best team in the country!

The team has five medals in its piggy bank:

• 1st place: Soltanmurad Hajiyev (up to 51 kg);
• 1st place: Ruslan Kolesnikov (up to 80 kg);
• 2nd place: Timur Farrakhov (up to 54 kg);
• 2nd place: Abdullah Ibragimov (up to 80 kg);
• 3rd place: Musa Musaev (up to 86 kg).

Having shown a decent result, the national team received a ticket to the upcoming IX All-Russian Summer Universiade 2024 in Ufa. And the university has entered the top 10 universities actively developing student boxing and will receive a grant from the Russian Boxing Federation for the purchase of professional sports equipment for boxing.
