Students of the Institute of Business Communications Ekaterina Sineokaya, Nicole Kim, Maria Nikitashko, Ksenia Babaytseva, Yana Bogdanova, Daria Pereletova, Alice Astashova and the head of the team - Associate professor of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations Natalia Anatolyevna Kuznetsova 鈥� worked on the case of the largest industrial company in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation "Nornickel".

The solution of the business problem attracted the attention of the jury of both competitions, allowing the girls to get on the shortlists of the "Archer of the Future" in both Moscow and Krasnoyarsk. The team not only identified the problem of the unpopularity of the mining engineer profession among young people, but also proposed an innovative solution in the form of an open day communication strategy for "Nornickel".

"It is a great honor for us to be recognized in two different competitions! Especially considering that we were working on the same case. This shows that our work has been appreciated by experts and accepted among other outstanding projects," said Kim Nicole, one of the team members.
