"I took part in the competition primarily to evaluate my managerial qualities and skills, to get feedback. Solving the cases proposed at the competition, I tried myself in new managerial roles, including in non-standard situations, got acquainted with high-level managers. I also got the opportunity to enrich the leadership community with my own expertise. The competition creates a space for cooperation, where you can learn from each other, create projects together. I am sure this experience will improve the quality of my work, I return to my tasks with a fresh look and new ideas," Ilya Lyashko said.
During the district stage, the contestants solved managerial tasks and demonstrated the skills needed in the practice of managers, which were evaluated by experts. In teams, the participants worked on projects to solve the socio-economic problems of St. Petersburg. Each contestant also conducted leadership lessons in the city's schools, in particular, the Ƶ teacher shared his experience with the cadets of the Maritime Lyceum. Based on the results of the work, participants will receive personal recommendations that will help to make a further plan for their development.
