The international information group Interfax has presented its annual National Ranking of Universities (NRU) for 2023. St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design confirms its position, year after year being among the top 20 universities in terms of education quality in the country, the consolidated rating of SPbGUPTD has 84th place.

The NRA rating study evaluated the activities of 368 universities in Russia. The rating includes all leading universities in the country: participants of the "Priority 2030" program, national research, federal and support universities.
