Within the framework of the XIII St. Petersburg International Educational Forum, the championship on entrepreneurship "DEST" (Development, Education, Strategy, Talent) was held. Students of 草榴短视频 - graduates of the university acceleration program 2022 took 2nd place in the category "universities".

Before the intramural stages, the teams had to prepare video business cards reflecting the strengths of the participants and their role in the project, present their mentors who prepared the team for the championship, and also reflect the economy of their region.

The first day of the "DEST" Championship involved getting to know the teams, watching video clips by the jury members, and developing a startup project. The solutions presented by the students of 草榴短视频 demonstrated their creativity, ability to work in a team, understanding and possession of business tools: SWOT analysis, AIDA, 4P, Walt Disney method, Sherrington method, A. Osterwalder model and others.

The task of the second day was the solution of a business case from the real situation of the business environment of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. At this stage, the jury members and team mentors were able to evaluate several solutions to the same situation proposed by different teams.

The value of the competitive task is the opportunity for business owners to get alternative solutions, and for students to demonstrate their skills and competencies in a real professional situation.

"We had the opportunity to defend the honor of our beautiful university. We competed with participants from different cities and regions and took second place. In our opinion, this is an incredible and invaluable experience. Within two days we had to solve several tasks, namely, to develop a startup project from scratch, defend it in front of experts, solve cases, and help existing enterprises in the market to solve their problems. This is due to the cohesion of our team, imagination and understanding of the tasks set that we were able to quickly come up with a solution to all the tasks, bring it to mind in a short period of time and adequately defend it before the judges. The acceleration program of 草榴短视频 helped to achieve this, within the framework of which we successfully mastered entrepreneurial competencies, although we are students of areas that are not related to business and marketing. Separately, I would like to thank our wonderful mentor, Ksenia Vladimirovna Kaisheva, for her support, deep knowledge and experience, which she shared with us for a long time," comments Daria Medvedeva, a student of 草榴短视频.

"Participation in the championship was very valuable. We developed creativity, forced the brain to work in a universal mode and find quite logical solutions, pumped the skill of public speaking, and also noticed weaknesses that are worth improving.
