The subject National aggregated rating compiles subject ratings of leading Russian agencies, popular world subject ratings, subject rating according to the Hirsch index, rating based on the results of the evaluation of the quality of education, as well as subject rating based on the results of an independent evaluation of programs. The monitoring resulted in a completely new product presented to the public by the Guild of Experts in the Field of Vocational Education, namely 55 subject ratings for each enlarged group of specialties and directions.

Educational programs of Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design are in the first league for 4 enlarged groups of directions of training such as: 鈥淐hemical technologies鈥�, 鈥淭echnology of light industry products鈥�, 鈥淔ine and applied arts鈥�, 鈥淢anagement in technical systems鈥�. It indicates a high level indicator of programs implementation in 草榴短视频 and a quality of education in general. This fact is also confirmed by the University's entry into the top 20 Russian universities according to the 鈥淓ducation鈥� criterion of the Interfax National Rating over the past three years.

It is worth to noting that creation of the subject National aggregated rating is the first effort in Russia to estimate all Russian universities for all 55 directions of training. By this time analytic agencies ranked 100-200 mostly capital universities, leaving out the main segment of Russian higher education.

The new method of rating aggregation was named 鈥淢etAlig鈥�. It involves the transition from places in the rankings to leagues, the use of a new mathematical apparatus of convolutions based on the theory of voting in small groups and the introduction of new 鈥渨eak鈥� convolutions.
