The largest Russian Internet recruitment company HeadHunter (hh.ru) made a ranking of Russian universities on the success of employment of graduates. When preparing the ranking, experts hh.ru analyzed 3.9 million resumes of Russian applicants with higher education, presented on the labor market during 2020 and the first half of 2021.
The ranking took into account the salary level and the share of applicants for top management positions.
300 Russian universities with a number of 3.000 students participated in the ranking (with the exception of Moscow universities and military educational institutions). Salary expectations of university graduates of different years were analyzed. The experts also considered what proportion of managers and representatives of top management were among the total number of applicants with a diploma of the relevant university.
The level of attractiveness and representation of their graduates in the labor market was assessed by four parameters: the level of salaries for which graduates applied during 2020 and the first half of 2021, the share of university graduates who applied for positions of higher management, the number of resumes of university graduates in the professional field of higher management, the total number of resumes of university graduates.
