The European Championship in Professional Skills Euroskills 2021 was held from 22 to 26 September in Austria. The national team consisted of 57 professionals from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Altai, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Tomsk, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, Lipetsk, Tyumen regions, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk territories.

The Russian national team from the native Orenburg region in the competence of 鈥淔ashion Technologies鈥� was represented by Elizaveta Petrishcheva, a 3rd-year student of the Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, specializing in the Design of Light Industry products. Following the results of the competition days, Elizabeth won the silver medal of the championship.

In 2017, at the WorldSkills Russia regional championship, the girl won a gold medal in the competence of 鈥淔ashion Technologies鈥�. Thanks to daily training and perseverance, Elizabeth managed to reach the final of the national championship in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where she took second place, and later became a member of the Russian national team.

鈥淚 have improved my professional skills in the national team. I was lucky enough to get an internship with an international expert in Munich, - Elizaveta Petrishcheva shares her impressions, - participation in a championship of this level gives an invaluable exchange of experience with domestic and foreign colleagues. In the future, I want to become a famous designer and open a premium class atelier.鈥�
