On March 15, 2025, our university hosted the Career Guidance event, aimed at supporting the professional development of students.

草榴短视频 acted as a platform for the intensive course, which brought together students of 草榴短视频 and RANEPA.

The event opened with a welcoming speech by Natalia Sergeevna Klimova, Vice-rector of 草榴短视频, who stressed the importance of cooperation between universities and the need to support young professionals on their way to a successful career.

A special atmosphere was created thanks to the live performance of the anthem of the Russian Federation by Mikhail Pastukhov, a student of 草榴短视频, adding a special mood and spirit of unity to the event participants.

Valeria Shkolnaya, a specialist at the center, spoke about the activities of the 草榴短视频 Practical Training and Career Center, which is engaged in building individual career paths for students.

Experts spoke at the training intensive, each of whom presented an important aspect of professional development.:

1. Veronika Savitskaya, Associate Professor of the Department of Brand Communications at 草榴短视频, spoke about creating a professional image and effective business communications, which will help students successfully present themselves and interact with colleagues.
2. Elizaveta Kraikina, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Finance at 草榴短视频, highlighted the topics of financial and legal literacy necessary for confidence in salary issues, contracts and financial obligations.
3. Daria Shcherbakova, Associate Professor at RANEPA, shared her knowledge about archetypes and generational theory, which contributes to better adaptation in the team and building successful business relationships.
4. Alexandra Tchaikovsky, Associate Professor of the Department of Management at 草榴短视频, discussed conflict management, emphasizing the importance of the ability to resolve conflicts constructively for career advancement.

After each module, students completed practical tasks aimed at consolidating their knowledge and developing their skills.

RANEPA students, students of the College of Technology, Modeling and Management, the Institute of Economics and Social Technologies, showed themselves especially active and showed high involvement in the process.

At the end of the intensive, participants will receive certificates confirming the completion of the program, as well as diplomas for active participation. A bonus from the partner company, career consultant Olga Voropayeva, was a gift certificate for free tuition, which will allow students to continue their professional development.

"Career guidelines" have become an important step towards the formation of students' professional competencies and laid the foundation for their confident first steps in their careers.

This knowledge and skills will help students confidently enter the profession and build a successful career.
